General Questions
Omega Racer Co., Ltd. is a registered company located in Thailand. We have an office based approximately 30 miles east of Bangkok, in a province called Chachoengsao. Our address is: 89 Soi Na Muang 1, Na Muang, Chachoengsao, 24000, Thailand. If you’re in the area, give us a call and we can arrange a vist for you to pick up your parts. Â

If you have a project in mind but you’re not sure if we can help, get in touch anyway. We have a lot of experience with custom projects – it’s what we’ve been doing for 10 years now!Â
All our prices are displayed in US Dollars.
This depends on various factors. In most cases custom seats take around 14 days to produce. Custom aluminum parts (such as fairings, tanks, and seat cowls) are currently taking 8-9 weeks for production. Please get in touch to find out the current production time for the parts you’re looking for.Â

Shipping and Duties
All things being equal, we will try to ship anywhere in the world. However, with COVID-19 taking over the globe, things are not very equal. Some shipping locations are possible without issue, some are delayed, some aren’t accepting parcels, and some we just don’t know until we try (yes, it’s that bad!).Â
We use tracked shipping for both air and sea, though with sea freight it can be a few weeks before we get an update on progress (with parts sitting in containers as they cross the Indian, Pacific, and Atlantic oceans).Â

All our prices are exclusive of tax outside Thailand. Whether you’re based in the US, Europe, Australia, or anywhere else, there is a chance that you’ll be asked to pay to import your goods. We are not involved in this import process and have no control over the costs or administration. Providing you supply us with correct contact information, you will be contacted when your item(s) arrive to organize the import of your goods. Very often this is only a confirmation of delivery address, but sometimes you may be asked to pay to import.Â
The rates for importing goods (duties, taxes, and admin fees) differ depending on your country of residence (shipping country). We advise you to look into this yourself, on your country’s government website, so that you’re aware of what to expect.
To see the shipping options and costs, please add the product(s) to the shopping cart, then click “CART”. Select your country and choose between Courier Post (5-10 days recommended), airmail (15-25 days, ), or surface mail (approx. 10-12 weeks).
Depending on your country, some shipping options may not be available.
Reward System
The Omega Racer Reward System gives you the opportunity to collect points whenever you place an order and rewards you for reviewing the products you ordered. Once you reach 500 points, you will receive a 25$ voucher that you can use for your next purchase.
You can earn points by:
- 1 point earned for each $ spent
- Â 10 points for each order placed
- 10 points extra for the first order
- 15 points for a product review
Please note that vouchers and discount codes can not be combined in a single order. This includes discounts/sales during traditional periods including Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, New Year, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
