This is a stunning hand-crafted aluminium tank, copying the lines of the original Kawasaki W650 tank.
2 versions are available:
- TYPE 1: with brackets to accommodate the original protective black tank pads (not provided)
- TYPE 2: without brackets

All of our tanks have been pressure tested (Pneumatic Leak Test) with 1.7bar (=25psi) during a period of 24 hours to ensure you get a reliable and dependable product of the highest quality. They are carefully packed to withstand international transit.
This tank is designed to be a direct-replacement fit for all Kawasaki W400, W650 and W800, but can be adapted to fit other bikes, due to its large tunnel.
The original W650 and pre-19 W800 tanks are smaller/narrower than the W800 ’19+ tank. The aluminium tanks will be fabricated accordingly.

This tank comes with an 6mm petcock and a lockable tank lid (shown, with (removable) blue cellophane protective wrapping) with 2 keys. The tank strap is not included.

Great looking tank. I am in the process of having it painted as I the full aluminium look is a bit too blingy for me. much lighter than the original. I love the old style petrol tank cap.
