This is a beautifully hand-crafted aluminium tank for your W400, W650 and W800. The tank is made to order, with a production time of around 2 weeks.

All of our tanks have been pressure tested (Pneumatic Leak Test) with 1.7bar (=25psi) during a period of 24 hours to ensure you get a reliable and dependable product of the highest quality. They are carefully packed to withstand international transit.

The tank fits all Kawasaki W400, W650 and W800. Not available for the W800 2019+ due to the size of the new fuel pump.

A shorter seat has to be used with this tank. Please have a look at our aluminium seat cowl.

What seat can I use without a seat cowl for this tank? I would prefer athe Custom seat type 01. Can that seat be made shorter to accomodate the longer tank? Chris Vandiver asked on July 17, 2022

The existing seats can not just be shortened to fit the tank. A new seat base has to be made specifically. Please send us an email ([email protected]) to discuss your project.
