The tank is made to order.

All of our tanks have been pressure tested (Pneumatic Leak Test) with 1.7bar (=25psi) during a period of 24 hours to ensure you get a reliable and dependable product of the highest quality. They are carefully packed to withstand international transit.

The tank fits all Kawasaki W400, W650 and W800.

A tank cap with key and a petcock (for the W400/650, 6mm diameter on the outlet) are included with the tank.

The tank is beautifully polished, and the finish is just right.
A few defects to be aware of:
The fuel gauge and fuel pump wells require light grinding.
There were aluminum blisters where the pump O-ring should have been.
The fuel tank is flat underneath, so the bottom is slightly higher than the original. The fuel pump well is not welded as it should be in degrees of orientation, and the connecting pin falls flush with the motorcycle frame! I had to machine the frame slightly.

The W650 tank is 500dollars ^ expensive, but why is the w800 tank 128 dollars? Jjmin asked on November 15, 2022

Not sure where you got those prices from...
The W650 tank costs 565$. The W800 tank is 640$ because it takes more work and materials to add the bungs for the fuel pump.

Why this tank does not fit later W800 models? Can it be modified to fit are you planing to produce gas tanks for W800 after 2019 models? Janis asked on November 2, 2021
