A beautiful exhaust system that feels at home on any Scrambler, Tracker and even Cafe Racer project.
The header pipe is made of a single piece of stainless steel tubing, giving it a very clean appearance.

The Scrambler exhaust system includes the muffler, a steel header pipe and 2 powder coated heat shields.

All the components are made of high grade stainless steel (Grade 304).

No need to remove the stock right side cover!

Available for both carbureted and fuel injected SR!

For FI models: Depending on your setup, it may be necessary to re-program the ECU or add a Power Commander.

How loud is it this without the db limiter? Can I put any aftermarket exhaust tip on this that’s already fits on the sr400? Thanks Rein asked on March 25, 2024

We don't have a dB test. It's fairly loud without the dB killer. As long as your muffler has the correct inlet diameter and you're able to fabricate a supporting bracket, you can use any type of muffler.

when i select the model bike for the exhaust it says that it is "in stock" ... does "in stock", mean you have them on the shelf or is it 2 weeks to make it still as in the addional information chris asked on March 10, 2022

Could you recommend a dB killer that would fit this exhaust? I get pulled over due to the noise level and asked to change back to my original exhaust if not able to reduce the dB. Dennis asked on March 8, 2022

There are many options available on ebay. Just make sure the diameter is right.

Would this product fit on a 1981 SR250? Matt asked on March 7, 2022

We've never tried, but it is unlikely that this exhaust fits the SR250.
