Would I need a power commander for these? Chris reilly asked on February 1, 2022

Generally no. The ECU is capable of adapting to a certain range of airflow change. Due to other influencing factors (addition of a free flowing air filter for example), it is good practice to monitor the bike's performance, the heat production, check the look of the spark plugs and take appropriate actions based on these factors.
