Do these header pipes fit with the accessory engine guards Kawasaki # 99994-1446? I ask because the OEM pipes are fairly close. Tim H. asked on July 18, 2023

I own a 2019 Kawasaki W800 cafe. Will I need to re-map the engine in order for the motorcycle to run properly with the omega peashooter exhaust set up? Also, are the DB killers fixed or removable? Gerald asked on July 8, 2023

The ECU is in most cases capable of adapting to the change in airflow. That being said, it is always recommended to keep an eye on the engine's performance and heat production.
All dB killers are removable.

2022 kawasaki w800 with center stand". Does this type 2 exhaust system have a cross tube or support bar as a stop?. Or do I have to weld a cross bar?. Hugo Salceda asked on October 14, 2022

The older W800 models have 1 O2 sensor which is located on the cross tube.
Exhaust systems for later models have 2 O2 sensors on the header pipes and don't have a cross pipe.
