Secure checkout: Payment for orders placed at our shop is made using the PayPal secure checkout system, ensuring that your card and order data are protected at all times by PayPal’s security systems.
Forms of payment
We accept payments through PayPal.
We also accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, and JCB credit cards, as well as debit cards that are activated to be used online. The credit card payment system is powered by Omise Payment Gateway.
All standard orders are sent out within a maximum of 7 working days following reception of the order, except for custom made parts, like aluminium tanks and fairings, seats and exhausts. These parts are made to order and usually take about 14 days to complete. If you wish to split your order so that you receive some items without this short delay, please contact us to discuss this.
We offer primary delivery options; Standard Airmail and Courier Post (DHL).
Once you reach your checkout, you will be asked to choose a delivery option.
Airmail is registered and can be tracked online through the Thai Post website via this link:
Items are expected to be delivered in 15 to 25 days.
Once the item arrives in your country and goes through the sorting facility, it can be tracked via your own country’s postal service.
It is in all cases the responsibility of the buyer to track their orders.
Tracking is possible through the Thai Post website or the tracking service of your own country. While the parcel is in transit on the plane, there won’t be any updates on the tracking pages. Once it arrives at the port of destination, the parcel can be tracked again.
Delivery time for each order will depend on the availability of the items in it and where it is to be sent to. However, approximate delivery times are as follows:
• Deliveries within Thailand: 1-3 days
• Deliveries to the rest of the world:
- 15-25 days for Airmail
Delivery delays may occur, depending on your country’s customs procedures. Some countries have more stringent rules than others and this can result in items taking a few days extra to pass through customs. Depending on the country, you may be notified and asked to collect your items, or the items will be sent directly to your delivery address without fuss. In our experience, there is never a hard and fast rule with regards to customs, but generally you should not expect problems.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
In the event that Omega Racer does not have one or more of the items in your order in stock, we will contact you to tell you the approximate date on which the said item will be available. You may request a return of all or part of the order and a refund of the amount paid.
If you have placed an order and have not received delivery within 30 business days (airmail) or 10 days (Courier Post), please contact Omega Racer via email using the form on the “contact us” page. Please have your order confirmation email on hand (you will receive this after you place your order).
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it via registered post (as Omega Racer will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit) to us in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Tanks are covered by a 6 month warranty.
Omega Racer is not responsible for damage caused during the shipping process.
Custom built parts that are made to order (tanks, fairings, fenders, seats etc) can only be returned after explicit agreement with Omega Racer and are excluded from the standard ‘refund & returns’ policy. We examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine if there are grounds for a return (i.e. damaged or defective part). Upon delivery of the returned part, we will then replace the goods for you or refund your purchase price using the method in which you originally paid (excluding the original PayPal fee, postage and handling charges.). A restocking fee of 10% will be applied for custom made products.
Orders of stock items can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. A 5% restocking fee will be applied in all cases.
Orders of non-stock items can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. A 5% restocking fee will be applied. After the 24 hours period, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
DISCLAIMER All products have been included on this site on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available. Failure by a supplier to deliver according to the sample, description, or at all, may result in some products being unavailable. Some items, colors and sizes may not be available but may be ordered in while stocks last. Omega Racer takes every care to ensure the description and specification of the goods we offer are correct. Color representation is as accurate as possible but variations may occur. With regards to handmade aluminium items such as our aluminium motorcycle fuel tanks and aluminium motorcycle fairing, due to the very nature of manufacture, small differences should be expected as each item is made by hand and unique. However, there should not be any differences in mounting points or specific dimensions and all items are checked before they are dispatched.
