What jetting would be needed in your opinion if I fit the Pea Shooter type 1 full exhaust to my 2003 Kawasaki w650 and would like to fit the pea shooter type 1 full exhaust without DB killers. Also if DB are fitted, would I need to re-jet my carbs. Cheers. Tony asked on April 20, 2024

There are too many variables to recommend a one-fits-all solution. After installation, we recommend keeping an eye on the performance, heat production and visual check of the spark plugs and then re-jet accordingly.

What if any jetting is required for the type 1 pea shooter exhaust system on my 2001 W650. Thank you Chris Vandiver asked on July 16, 2022

Due to the increased airflow, the bike will likely run lean, so we recommend adjusting the jetting accordingly.

Hi there My bike is W800 but model year is 2022 Will your exhaust peashooter type 1 fit in? I know it shall be okay to assemble but what about the engine performance and the others? User in Taiwan , east Asia Regards Gary asked on February 3, 2022

The exhaust system fits all W800 models.
The ECU is in most cases able to adapt to the change in airflow, but it is advisable to keep an eye on the bike's performance and heat production. In such cases, it is recommended to reprogram the ECU to ensure optimum performance.
