Description

This high quality titanium header pipe follows the lines of the original pipe, but differs in 2 ways:

it is single walled, unlike the double walled original pipe
weighing only 600gr, it is much lighter than the original or even the stainless steel aftermarket ones

The pipe’s diameter is 44mm, the connection to the muffler is 42mm.

It can be fitted with the original muffler or one of our custom mufflers. (see product suggestion below)

The pipe comes with a stainless steel mounting flange. It fits the carbureted SR400 and SR500.

Every header pipe is made by hand one by one. The coloration therefore may differ from the pictures.

What is the outside diameter of the outlet of the exhaust pipe where it slips into the muffler? Description states "The outlet diameter is 42mm." but doesn't define it as inside or outside diameter measurement. David Bruner asked on June 14, 2023

will this head pipe work on a sr500 and what is the length of the pipe.? Mark D Witham asked on February 8, 2022

The header pipe fits all SR400 and SR500. It has the same length as the stock header pipe and can therefore be used as a direct replacement.
