The heat shields are powder coated black.

Starting with a confident throaty rumble, the sound will unfold in a satisfying roar when pushed hard, but not too loud as to attract unwanted attention. As it should be.

Easy and straightforward installation. Made to order.

Please Note: For the W650, we provide the exhaust for the left side only in order to keep the kickstarter. W800 owners can choose between left or right side.
The exhaust system is not compatible with the W800 models that have the ABS box in front of the header pipes.

is it necessary to rejet using this exhaust on a stock 1999 w650? is it possible to remove the side case with the exhaust mounted? joe ripey asked on March 17, 2024

This depends on many factors, but it's always good practice to keep an eye on the performance and heat production of the engine, as well as observing the color of the spark plugs, and then adjusting the carbs accordingly.

Is this exhaust compatible with 2019 w800's abs module ? As the 2 in 1 shorty exhaust wasn't ??? Shane asked on January 16, 2022

This exhaust is not compatible with the ABS box.
